Prayer Request

Wow...Its been a rough couple of days for my family. Im just posting to ask that everyone say a prayer for my family. I know that Ive got some great friends, and prayer may be our saving grace at this point. Just keep us in mind. Thanks!

Brent's Birthday Party!!

Brent had a great birthday party. Of course, he loved the ice cream and cake, and I think his favorite gift was money!! He's learning that way too early!

My great kids!!

I just have to brag on my sweet little boys! We bought Brent a potty a couple of weeks ago to start down the long road of potty-training. He would tell me every day that he needed to potty, but when he sat down, he never actually went. Well, last Friday he went pee-pee in his potty for the first time!!! We were so proud! And, he has gone twice since then. We had a really hard time training Jordan, so maybe this is a good sign. Brent was so excited, and Mommy and Daddy were too!

Jordan's baseball team won their game today!! This is our first season of total coach pitch and Jordan is improving every week. A couple of weeks ago, he hit one nearly over the fence. He is doing great in school as well. He is starting to read chapter books, and the week before last when he brought home his graded papers, they were all 100's!!! He gets his first report card for 2nd grade in 2 weeks. Im sure he's gonna have all A's. We may be having to make a trip to the toy department at Walmart!

Happy Birthday Brent!

Today is Brent's 2nd birthday!!! I can't believe how big he is getting. He is definitely not my baby anymore. We aren't having his party until next week, so I decided to make him some cupcakes for today. He got so mad when we put the candles in it because he wanted to eat it right then! I know they are pink, but he really likes the strawberry cake and icing!!!

We went to the market today to see Nana and Pops and pick out some pumpkins. Brent had too much fun playing on the boxes!
