The Gingerbread House

Nana got the boys a gingerbread house kit so they could decorate it on their own. So, here they are with there masterpiece, although I think I ended up doing most of the work. It was a lot harder that you would think, and I had to keep 2 little boys out of the candy! The poor little house only lasted for about 30 minutes when we got home. But, the boys sure did enjoy eating it. Thank you Nana!

Tailgating in T-town

Yes, I spent the day in Tuscaloosa on Saturday........but, only because the tigers were there too!!! Everyone knows that Im a HUGE auburn fan, so this was really hard for me, especially considering how horrible we played. But, I still say WAR EAGLE and all I can do is look forward to next year! I did have a great time hanging out with good friends though.

Nashville

My mom, sister, and I went to Nashville for my mom's birthday. We stopped in Lynchburg, TN first and ate at Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House. If you ever go through there, you should definitely eat there. Its so wonderful. Then we headed to Nashville and went to see the Rockettes at the Grand Ole Opry and spent the night at the Opryland hotel. Its really beautiful this time of year. This is the first trip we have ever taken where it was just the three of us, and we had so much fun. It may turn into a yearly tradition!
